Tile & Coping

Waterline tile, mosaics and the stone cap around your pool.

Tile & Coping

The part everyone actually looks at

Waterline tile comes in glass, ceramic and porcelain, in two tiers: a standard range that does the job well, and upgraded glass that is a lot prettier and costs more. Which one is right is your call, and we bring real pieces out if you want to see them in daylight.

Coping is the stone cap on the pool edge. Travertine is what most people choose now, in a range of colours and textures, bullnose and others. Natural stone varies from piece to piece. If one does not sit right next to the rest, we go and find one that does.

How it goes

What the job actually involves

1

Choose the tile

Standard or upgraded glass, and a mosaic if you want one. Samples on request.

2

Old tile off

The existing band comes off cleanly without damaging the shell behind it.

3

Set and grout

New tile set true to the waterline, then grouted.

4

Coping set

Stone cut, matched for colour, and set level around the whole edge.
