Not every problem needs the whole pool redone. Cracks, hollow spots, failing patches of plaster and loose tile can often be dealt with on their own, and we will say so when that is the case.
We also handle filters and pumps when you need them. It is not something we push, but if the equipment is the reason your pool is not right, it is part of the same conversation.
We come out and find what is actually wrong rather than quoting a full resurface by default.
If a repair will hold, we say so. If it is throwing money at a surface that is done, we say that too.
